I understand that you have to download the sample file on your computer and it will be different company with data and not effect with your live data. You can test transaction there, correct ? I want to create different department and prepare report ( P & L ) by department. We have online advance license for quick book . Which sample file should I download and what is the difference between two?

Indeed, this would be an environment to test out transactions while not saving it to your books. If you have a Quickbooks Advanced subscription on your actual account, then I would recommend using the QuickBooks Advanced Test drive.

Hello, when I click test company on link, it's open my live company. How to make sure that's live or test environments? Is there system where you open ticket or case and it's directly ads for specific request? Thanks

When you sign into your QuickBooks account, you can open your Settings ⚙, then select Sample company.  I hope this helps!
