I have two customers I email my inventory list to every week. Does anyone know how to find a list of the emails that have been sent?
Having the option to email customers directly from QuickBooks Online is an awesome feature that saves you time and effort. I know how helpful it would be to review a list of emails that you've sent to your customers. I'd be happy to shed some light on this for you.
While the option to email customers from QBO is an awesome way to save time, you're not able to review these emails once sent. Don't worry, I'll explain a helpful workaround that will allow you to keep track of these emails moving forward.
When sending emails from QBO, add yourself as a Cc recipient. Doing so will ensure you're always able to go back and review the emails that were sent, and it also gives you the peace of mind that the emails were delivered properly to your clients.
