Thanks for posting your question in the Community. I'll be happy to give you a hand with managing your reports in QuickBooks.
To remove the transaction from the report you'll need to manually delete it and I can show you how. Once you have the report pulled up, navigate to the Not-specified section and click on the transaction in question. Another list of transaction may appear on the screen, just make sure to click on the appropriate ones so you can delete them. The screen where you delete delete the transactions from will look similar to the screenshot below:
