It's nice to see you in Community. Welcome! Not having the option to save your work in QuickBooks Online is concerning. I would be glad to assist!
Follow these steps to make sure your account is active;
1. Sign into your QuickBooks Online company as the Primary Admin
2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing
3. If your account is inactive, select Resubscribe, then enter your updated billing information
4. Hit Resubscribe.
If you experience the same result, clear cache on your browser, and/or try other browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, or a private/incognito window.
