How to share custom reports with other users?

Hi there, 

 

Sharing custom reports with other users makes it easy to get on the same page with your staff members.

 

The good news is you can share your customized reports in QB Online to your other users and I'll show you how. 

 

Here’s how:

  1. Click on the Reports tab on the left.
  2. Choose the My Custom Reports tab.
  3. Open the specific customized report and click the Save customization button.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow in the Share with field.
  5. Select the specific users you’d like to share it with.
  6. Click Save once you’re done.

Please note that once you’re done saving the shared customized report, you can no longer add or remove the users who can access it. You’ll have to delete and customized the report again to change the users you can access it.
