Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online Projects feature is a dynamic was to track job profitability effortlessly. You van review the associated reports, and customize them to see what matters most. I'd be happy to help!
Here's how to run the report:
1. From the left menu, open Projects
2. Select the project you want to run the report for
3. Click on the Project Reports tab
4. Hit View next to the Project profitability report
5. Select Customize and us the dropdown menu to select the Report period
6. Scroll down and click on Filter
7. Place a checkmark to include the Distribution account and use the dropdown menu to select All income/Expense accounts
8. Checkmark the box to include the Products/Service, Supplier, specified Customer, and any other fields you want on the report
9. Hit Run report
