When I run an Unbilled Charges report and select to show locations (and my locations are set up and can be seen in other reports), the locations don't show on the report.

What steps have I missed when formatting this report? Thanks.

When I run an Unbilled Charges report and select to show locations (and my locations are set up and can be seen in other reports), the locations don't show on the report.

It sounds like you've done most of the setup correctly, but here are a few additional steps to ensure locations show up on the Unbilled Charges report in QuickBooks:

 

1. Verify Location Setup: Double-check that your locations are correctly set up and active in your QuickBooks Online account.

2. Customize the Report: When you run the Unbilled Charges report, click on the "Customize" button.

3. Add Location Filter: In the customization options, look for the "Filter" section and add a filter for "Location." Make sure the correct locations are selected.

4. Run the Report: After setting the filters, run the report again to see if the locations appear.

5. Check Report Settings: Ensure that the report is set to display locations. Sometimes, the default settings might not include locations, and you need to manually add them.
