Is there such a thing as QuickBooks accounts receivable template? if so, please advise where I find it.

Hi Romeo2020,

 

I can see the benefit of having an accounts receivable template in QuickBooks Online.  I'll be glad to share more information!

 

If you're referring to an accounts receivable report that can be customized and saved, that's something we've made possible.  When you select Reports from the left menu you can enter the name in the search field.  Once it populates, you'll click on the Customize button at the top where you can select rows/columns and include any additional filters.  When you're finished, hit Run Report.  If everything appears to your preferences you'll select Save Customization.  You can give it a name or share it with others.

 

If you'd like to see any other customization options, I'd recommend submitting your suggestions to our Development Team by going to the Gear in the top right and then Feedback.  We appreciate any ideas that will provide the best customer experience with QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for the fast response. My assistant actual said can you elaborate on your answer. Here is what she ultimately needs

 

"I can run reports, what I need is a AR Template that allows me to upload invoices being paid and not checking them off one by one, but instead, having them being checked off all at once".

 

Any suggestions on this?

Thank you for providing the additional information that's more specific to your needs.  QuickBooks Online currently doesn't have an option for marking invoices as paid in one batch.  However, you may want to review third party apps from the QuickBooks App Store.  In addition, our Development Team appreciates any suggestions and recommendations you may have, that'll improve your customer experience.  To contact them directly, go to the Gear in the top right of your account and select Feedback.
