QuickBooks Online recently got a makeover! I know the new design may take some getting used to, but very few things have changed, and I know you'll be back on track in no time! I'd be happy to explain how to create a journal entry now that the old Create (+) icon has moved.
The Create (+) icon has now moved to the left navigation menu and it's called + New. Simply click this button, then select Journal Entry. You'll fill out your fields to create your journal entry, then select Save and New or Save and Close.
