Why does the PST report add the same invoice multiple times?

Hello gdjim,

 

Dealing with duplicate invoices can be a time-consuming process and I'm here to help you figure out what's going on. QuickBooks is designed to make your work easier with its powerful features. This saves you time for the things you love the most. 

 

Since you're seeing duplicate invoices on the report, I recommend checking to see if the invoices may have been entered more than once. Here's how you can check that:

  1. Go to Sales and select All Sales.
  2. Select the No. column to sort it.
  3. When the Sales populate, it toggles the numbers in ascending and descending order.
  4. Check for duplicates.

Once you've found the duplicates, you can delete them by opening the invoice > clicking More at the bottom and Delete

 

If you're still seeing the duplicate invoices after verifying the info above, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. This is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article which shows you how to: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. I encourage you to give that a try as this helps fix most minor issues the browser may be having.
