Thanks for reaching out. Having the relevant information on your sales form gives your customers a better view of the goods and services provided. With QuickBooks Online you can easily add these details directly in the message field or as a file attachment if needed.
Here's how to add test to the memo field:
- Select Sales from the left menu
- Select Customers
- Select the customer you're working with
- Select the transaction you want to edit
- Scroll down to locate the message field
- Type the details as needed
- Select Save and close
