First, I'd like to start by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Having the same issue. What I have found is that when you create the bundle there is nowhere to select the class - as you can when you create a new item. So, when you select your bundle, it populates the items without the classifications. I'm using a reoccurring transaction to resolve this problem.
