QuickBooks Online is such an awesome time-saving tool to use for your small business. Having the option to track inventory in QBO will add additional capabilities to the program for you to take advantage of. I'd be happy to explain how to get the inventory tracking feature if you're not seeing it in your account. 

 

Inventory tracking is available in QuickBooks Online Plus. The feature allows you to: 

  • Track products and cost of goods, and receive notifications when inventory is low.
  • See what's popular, create purchase orders, and manage vendors.
  • Import from Excel or sync with Amazon, Shopify and more.

If you're currently using QuickBooks EasyStart or Essentials, you can upgrade your account by following the steps here: Upgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription
