Hello, @george83. Can you clarify if you're seeing a specific error message when snapping those receipts? In the meantime, try clearing the app's data to resolve any performance issues. Just head to your phone's Settings, select QuickBooks from your Apps list, and tap Clear Data under the Storage menu.

Once that’s done, try the receipt snap feature again. If it still doesn't work, a quick uninstall and reinstall should do the trick.

Alternatively, you can also capture a photo with your phone's camera and upload it manually.

Anyone having issues with scanning receipts? I am unable to do so anymore.

Hi, I tried clearing the cache, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried uploading from the phone camera /phone gallery. None are working.. it remains stuck on photo uploading extracting data, I waited and it stayed without extracting, and if I press got it , nothing appears in the review tab.
