Automate Batch Invoice

We provide a service where each customer is invoiced 200 per month.  Some customers prepay and others provide ACH info paying each month.  I created a batch invoice for all customers and created a Billing group.  is there a way to automate this invoice?  I know how to enter batch invoice, but I cannot see how to automate each month.  Please don't send instructions how to automate an invoice, because those only pertain to a single customer and I want to automate Batch Invoices.  any suggestion please.  thank you

Since QuickBooks Desktop does not currently support direct invoice automation, I suggest sharing your ideas or suggestions with our product engineers in the meantime. Here's how you can do it:

 

  1. Hover to the Help menu. Select the Send Feedback Online option.
  2. Choose the Product Suggestion, and a pop-up window will appear. 
  3. Type your feedback suggestion in the space provided.
  4. Hit the Send Feedback button.

Automate Batch Invoice

I'd like to toss in another contender we just implemented called Zaptiva Automate.  For reference we found it in the Desktop app store Intuit has.  We were spending stuck processing 100s of invoices per day where we needed to massage the line items to match our proposals and orders that come from our 5 person sales team, etc. and our team was spending at least 3 hours a day per person entering data and not selling.  Zaptiva automated nearly all the data entry to 15-20 minutes just to review the orders!  After some set up and testing, we are paying about 1200$/month but we were loosing 15 man hours PER DAY.... but they have some lower price plans too but we were more complicated.  We looked at another solution like Method, it was called QuickBase.  Both could not accommodate our needs at a price point we could afford after implementation.  Rarely do I give testimonials, but i have to say wow.  Just talk to them and good luck.
