Hi there, @payments13. Please know that your customers can't set up projects in QuickBooks Online.
Your team will create a project to track tasks for a customer. The customer isn't assigned to a project. Instead, their name is only added to show who the work is for.
Also, tracking projects with entries for multiple customers is currently unavailable in QBO. I encourage you to send feedback to our developer team. It may be reviewed for any potential updates.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon and select Feedback.
- Enter your suggestions.
- Hit Next to submit.
