The Payments add on helps you save time by taking and entering payments into your QuickBooks Online account. If a payment is on hold one of the most common reasons would be that the deposit information was incorrect. First you should verify that the business and banking information is correct for your payments account. You can do that by following the steps in this article. Once that's done you'll need to contact our operational support team so the payment can be attempted again. You can reach them by calling this number: 1-800-558-9558.

It’s been more than a month now and my payment is still on hold
