Good communication with your customers is key for a good business relationship and I know customer statements for balance owed or due invoices is a great way to achieve that. I'll go over the options available in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
QuickBooks Self-Employed is a basic bookkeeping software that's great for simple invoicing, expensing, and tax tracking. That being said, it's not designed with a structure of customer or supplier lists, which also means that there isn't a built-in way to create a customer statement for invoices due. What you can consider instead is sending reminders for the invoices by navigating to the Invoices tab, selecting the down arrow in the Action column, and choosing Send reminder for the relevant transactions. This will ensure that your customers have the information they need.
Please keep in mind that this will send individual email reminders to your customer per transaction. If there are a lot of invoices, I know this can potentially flood their inbox, which isn't ideal. In that case, you can consider creating a statement outside of the QuickBooks software to send to your customer via your email provider or platform.
