Hi amyverschuuren,
It's great to see new members reaching out in the QuickBooks Community for support. You'll find it's a great place to get answers to your questions. Like the previous post, I'm here to help. QuickBooks Self-Employed is a barebones version of the QuickBooks product made for busy people on the go. However, it doesn't have all the QuickBooks Online product features. The instructions in the previous post are for the QuickBooks Online product, not the QuickBooks Self-Employed. I can point you in the right direction for your product.
In QuickBooks Self-Employed, editing the details for your business that appear on the invoice is pretty simple. Follow these easy steps:
When you use the Create invoice option again, the program will use this new information on your new invoices. To change it on existing invoices, you'll have to edit each invoice individually.
I'm confident that you'll be able to complete this in a snap. If you need a helping hand, reach back out. I'm here to help. Have a good night!
