Hi, delaneyrf. There are two ways to turn off credit card payments in QuickBooks Online. The first option is to click the Gear Icon > Account and settings > Sales > Invoice payments, click the pencil icon, and uncheck the credit card option. This will disable credit card payments for all future invoices.
The second way is through the invoice itself. Open the invoice, go to Manage > Payment Options, and uncheck the credit card option. Please note that you will need to repeat this for every new invoice you create.
