How do I remove voided/deleted invoices from the mobile app showing as unpaid, while on a desktop through the web these invoices have been deleted or voided?

Hi there,

 

It's important you're able remove voided/deleted invoices from the mobile app. I'd be happy to give you a hand with this so you can continue enjoying the flexibility of using the mobile app. 

 

QuickBooks gives you the flexibility to manage your transactions so you can categorize them with ease. To delete an remove/delete an invoice, follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Sales or Expense menu.
  2. Find and open the transaction.
  3. Review the transaction. Make sure you need to void or delete it.
  4. If you want to include the void or delete date, add a note to the Memo or Message section.
  5. Select More in the footer. Then select Delete.
  6. Select Yes to confirm.

Once you've done this, the invoices shouldn't show on your Sales or Expenses menu. If it still does, I recommend logging in and out of the app so it refreshes. Give this a try and if you have questions, I recommend contacting our support team using this link. Thanks- however when I press delete it gives me an error message: we can’t find the transaction. Check to see if it was deleted on QuickBooks online on the web. 

There is also no option to void the transaction. 
I am guessing because they were originally done on the web? 

However this doesn’t fix my problem because it still shows up on the app as an unpaid invoice
