It's important you're able remove voided/deleted invoices from the mobile app. I'd be happy to give you a hand with this so you can continue enjoying the flexibility of using the mobile app.
QuickBooks gives you the flexibility to manage your transactions so you can categorize them with ease. To delete an remove/delete an invoice, follow the steps below:
Once you've done this, the invoices shouldn't show on your Sales or Expenses menu. If it still does, I recommend logging in and out of the app so it refreshes. Thanks- however when I press delete it gives me an error message: we can’t find the transaction. Check to see if it was deleted on QuickBooks online on the web.
There is also no option to void the transaction.
I am guessing because they were originally done on the web?
However this doesn’t fix my problem because it still shows up on the app as an unpaid invoice

There are some limitations in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. For this reason, I recommend opening your QuickBooks Online account in a web browser. This will enable you to perform the necessary tasks, and ensure your books remain well balanced.

No - they still remain unpaid on the mobile app but not on the desktop. So going to web browser on a computer will not change anything because they don't show as unpaid there
Hi making changes on the web browser is not an option for the web browser shows the invoice voided/deleted and therefore not as unpaid. Essentially what the mobile app and the web browser show are two different things.
