Welcome to the Community. Mistakes can happen and it's important to be able to correct them in order to keep the correct information in your account. QuickBooks Online is a great program that offers the ability to simply add and manage customers in your account. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to reactivate a deleted customer.
In QuickBooks Online, you can delete a customer by making them inactive. However, the system provides the option to reactivate the customer in the account. I encourage you to follow these steps to make the customer active again.
- Click on Sales on the left navigation menu.
- Select the Customers tab.
- Click on the small gear icon near the Action.
- Select Include inactive checkbox.
- Look for the inactive customer on the list.
- In the Action column, select Make Active.
The customer will be back on the customer list as active.
