How do you add hst bellow Subtotal?

Welcome to the Community, Hdoan. To add HST to an invoice, first make sure Sales tax is set up in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Then you can create an invoice and apply the correct HST tax code.

Here's how:

1. Go to My Apps, then select Sales Tax.
2. Click Set up sales tax and choose a province or territory, then Save.
3. Fill out the required details and click Next.

Next, add HST to your invoice. Here’s how:

1. Go to the +Create icon and click Invoice.
2. Select the customer.
3. In the Invoice amounts are dropdown, choose Exclusive of Tax or Inclusive of Tax.
4. In the Sales tax column, pick the appropriate HST code.
5. Review the tax calculation, then click Save or Review and send.
