How to change the catagory of a sales invoice

You can change the category and distribution account of the sales invoice by going to the products and services, Sharon.

You can follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon, and select Products and Services.
2. Locate the item that you want to modify, and then click Edit.
3. From the Category dropdown, you can either add or choose the category that you want to use.
4. Click Save and close.

Once done, we can go ahead and change the distribution account of your items. Please note that you can only modify an account one item at a time.

Here's how:

1. From the Products and Services section, find the item and click Edit.
2. Select the Income account dropdown, then choose the account you want to use.
3. If the account isn't visible, ensure that its detail type is set as Sales of Product Income.
4. Once done, click on Save and close.
