To address this concern, I recommend clearing your browser cache or using a private/incognito window to troubleshoot. Here are the steps to open a private window:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
From there, you can log back into your account to start fresh. You can also use a different supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.
