The steps you provided are very helpful and I was able to find the old invoice in my audit log. How do I reuse this invoice to receive payment under this invoice #?
That's good news. You can use the same invoice number since the other invoice has been deleted. Let me know what happens when you try this.
Even though I can see this past invoice in my audit log, I am unable to find it to receive payment. I'm unable to connect with a quickbooks agent and would really like to speak with an agent live. This is getting frustrating.
