You can generate the Transaction List by Customer report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to view total invoices and customer spending, lavalleecarpentry.
Here's how:
- Go to Reports from the left navigation pane.
- In the search bar at the top of the Reports page, search for and select Transaction List by Customer.
- Set the Report period to Custom.
- Enter the start date as 01/01/2024 and the end date as today's date.
- Go to the Filter section of the customization panel.
- In the Customer dropdown menu, select the name of the customer for whom you need the total.
- Click Run report.
The report will display all transactions, including invoices, payments, and sales receipts, for the selected customer starting from January 1, 2024. The total spending during that period will be shown at the bottom of the report.
