I can see how this sort of thing would put you in an awkward situation with your old accountant! I can absolutely point you in the right direction to get this sorted out so they don't receive those emails any longer.
With what you're describing, something got caught in our back end. It sounds like you've taken all the right steps and have looked in the right places to make sure the old accountant is no longer attached to your QuickBooks Online account. Now I'd like for one of our agents to take a look at our tools to make sure they're completely disconnected so they no longer receive emails.
