I scheduled few invoices for future dates - how do I see all of them? I think I have made a mistake in scheduling so need to edit.

Hi there sunil meshroad-c,

It's important that all your transactions are correctly entered so your books can be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of the invoices sent so you know the amount owed by your customers. I can point you in the right direction to check for those transactions.

If those transactions are set as recurring transactions and are yet to be generated, you'd have to check your recurring invoice templates to make sure the scheduling is correct by going to the Gear icon, then Recurring transactions. From there, you can see the different scheduled transactions so you can make sure they have the correct dates set.

Hello again sunil-meshroad-c,

If you'd like to see the detail of each of these scheduled transaction templates, you'd need to go to the Recurring transactions list using the steps above, then click on Edit beside the template you want to view or edit. All details will be shown and can be edited from there.

If you're looking to edit transactions that have already been generated, then you'd need to go to the Sales tab, then All sales. Within the Filter option, you can specify Invoices as the transaction type, and narrow the search period to see the dates that you want. To edit one of these transactions, click on it, and it'll open the menu to edit the transaction.
