I snapped a receipt but it's still in Extracting information status, it's been 4 days, is there a way to cancel that and snap new reciept??

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Uploading your receipts in QuickBooks Online is a great way to save valuable time, recording your expenses.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

Based on the unexpected behavior you're experiencing, it's important to note the file types QuickBooks supports.  If you're using a newer iPhone or iPad, your images may be in HEIC format.  Here's a full guide for your reference, to assist with uploading your receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online. 

 

To remove the existing receipt, follow these steps;

 

1. Open Transactions and then Receipts from the left menu

2. Select the receipt(s) you want to delete 

3. Use the drop-down arrow beside Batch Actions

4. Select Delete

Actually its still stuck in Processing since 20th of december
