Being able to customize your invoice templates is one of the great features QuickBooks Online offers so you can add your own personal touch. I'd be happy to go over how to customize your invoice to remove your address.
In order to remove your address from an invoice you first need to modify the template. To do this you can follow the steps in this article. Once the template is set up you'll need to make it the default for all new transactions and change all previously made invoices to this template if you haven't already sent them out. You can change an invoice template by Selecting an invoice>Select Edit Invoice>Click on Customize at the bottom>Select the template you wish to use.

Thanks for reaching out to us here. You can edit your company information in QuickBooks Self-Employed, by following these steps;
1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser
2. Go to the Invoices menu, then select Create invoice to open the customization window
3. Click on the Edit work info link
4. Update or remove your address
5. Hit Save.
