They only mention there are 30+ free integrations support their app on the website but we couldn't find any complete list. We noticed there is a logo of authorize.net as one of the apps. You may utilize one of these connectors for your QBO.

Hello tmeerakker,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I want to make sure you have all the information you need about working with QuickBooks Online and other services, such as the one you mention as a payment gateway. Having the option to connect all the services you're using can make a big difference in your workflow, and I'd be happy to go over this with you.

As Fiat Lux's response hints at, when you want to connect another service you're using with QuickBooks Online, it can often be accomplished via a third-party app or a third-party integration. What I recommend doing here is starting with the Apps tab right in your QuickBooks Online account. You can input keywords to see third-party apps that may be able to link the service you're using to the program. There, you can click an option to see more details about it, see reviews from other users, and see contact details for the app's support team if you have questions.

If you don't find an app you like there or find an app at all, the next step you can consider if a third-party integration. Here, I suggest contacting Authorize.net or Swoogo to learn if they have a way from their systems to integrate with QuickBooks Online and exchange data. Since this integration would be from their end, all questions and troubleshooting should be directed to them.

You can also express to that company that you'd like to have a QuickBooks Online integration if one doesn't currently exist. This helps them learn the products their customers would like to work with.

In the meantime, if you don't find an app or integration that works, I recommend manually entering your transactions into the program using invoices, sales receipts, expenses, and anything else you need to make sure you're covering all your bases.

Wishing you the best with this!
