My attachments don't send when I email them. But when reopen invoice they are still there. Just basic small pdf files like quotes and receipts. Small file size

My attachments don't send when I email them. But when reopen invoice they are still there. Just basic small pdf files like quotes and receipts. Small file size

When emailing an invoice with attachments, make sure to select the box for Attach to email. This is to ensure the quotes and receipts are sent together with the transaction.


Let’s open the invoice to review the setup. Here’s how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Sales panel on the left panel of your company and select Invoices to view the transaction in question.

  2. From the list, click the transaction to open the Invoice page.

  3. Go to the Attachments section and to see if the box for Attach email is checked. If not, mark it to successfully link the quotes and receipts.

  4. Once you’re ready, hit the Save and send button.

After emailing the transaction, the quotes and receipts will still show in the Attach to email section.
