There is no scheduling feature in QBO. You may need an additional app to integrate with your QBO account. What kind of service business do you run? If you run a field service one, you may explore these apps

Thanks for the reply. I know there is no scheduling feature and never has been one in qb or qbo. This is such a disappointment and has been for the 25 years I’ve been a qb user. There is no good reason to force your customers to spend their time and money with outside source providers to procure the ability to follow the monetary transactions created in qb to their scheduled events and real life conclusions.  Anyone can see that the unwillingness for qb to offer scheduling is costing qb money and costing every one of their customers money.  If not why not?  If not now, when?  Even the method app is useless to most qbo users as it’s designed to cost $150 per month plus in order to be able to track a sale through a schedule. Please send me the name and number of your most senior staff member in charge of monetization at qb so i may enlighten them as to how much money and user engagement qb is loosing. So stupid.

Hi userservice3,

I hear you on this, and I agree that having a scheduling component within the QuickBooks Online program would be a great benefit to yourself and other users. I highly recommend submitting some Feedback to our product development team to bring this to their attention. They review the feedback received from users like you and take it into consideration when planning future updates and features. Here's how to submit some feedback from within your QuickBooks Online company in just a few easy steps:

  • Navigate to the Gear icon at the top right of the screen, then click Feedback.
  • Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
  • You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
  • From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

Your suggestions regarding scheduling will then be shared with our development team.
