QBO Invoice Import

I am having issues importing invoices from a CSV file.  Test file worked last month, but does not work anymore.

Invoices addessed to US customers return an error: "undefined".

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online enables you to import your invoices in one batch, to save time with manual entries.  It's essential that you're able to proceed without error.  I'd be glad to provide some insight here!

 

It's important that the multicurrency feature is turned on in your QuickBooks Online account.  You'll also want to be sure that there are no special characters in your spreadsheet, for a smooth transition,  In addition, it's recommended to remove any blank columns or rows, to prevent confusion when importing the spreadsheet to QuickBooks.

It worked last month.  It does not work now.

If I change the customer name to a Canadian customer, it works.

Welcome to the Community. Dealing with error messages isn't the outcome I'd like for you to have. Rest assured,  I'll be glad to steer you in the right direction with this. 

 

I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead.
