Creating invoices, my logo appears on preview pane but when I prin to pdf it doesnt anymore

Hey there, patrick14.

Thanks for being part of the QuickBooks family and welcome to the Community. Let’s sort out why the logo doesn’t show up when printing via PDF.

Most printing problems can be resolved by updating the Adobe Reader to the latest version. To install Adobe Reader and Acrobat updates from Adobe Updater, please follow these steps.

  1. Launch Adobe Reader or Acrobat.
  2. Choose Help, then select Check for Updates.
  3. Follow the steps in the Updater window to download and install the latest updates.

However, if you're currently using the latest version, make sure to repair the installation. For detailed instructions, follow the steps in this article and go directly to the How to repair Adobe Reader/Acrobat section.

If you continue to get the same result, print the invoice in a private browser or Incognito window. This allows you to browse the net without storing internet history and cookies.

Here are the shortcut keys for each browser:

  • In Chrome, press the CTRL + Shift + N keys simultaneously.
  • For Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, press and hold CTRL + Shift + N keys altogether.

If the logo prints in PDF, it's possible the main browser is filled with cached data, which causes this unexpected behavior. You'll have to periodically clear the cache to enhance its functionality.

If the issue persists, use another template to check if there’s damage in the current one.

These steps should get you pointed in the right direction.

Let me know if you get the chance to try all these suggestions and what the results are. I'll jump right back in to help.
