How do I permanently set system settings to always send invoice pdfs (system keeps resetting itself)? I do not accept online $ so physical copy of invoice is necessary.

The issue is the “system” keeps removing this option WITHOUT my consent. It happens every few days and is hella annoying.

Also, I am the only one that uses this program, I am a one person show so I know no one on my end is doing it.

The message that pops up says “to get paid faster, your invoice pdfs have been removed from emails” or something along those lines. I am looking for some guidance on how to stop the system from continually resetting without consent (sometime is happens every week, sometimes the switch back happens daily - terribly inconvenient...such a waste of my time). Thanks

Welcome back to the Community. QuickBooks is a versatile program that helps you manage your business with peace of mind. I'll be glad to steer you in the right direction. 

 

The function you've described isn't available in QuickBooks. I can see the benefit of having this function and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are based on the feedback we get from users like you. In the meantime, I recommend manually unchecking the option for credit cards when creating an invoice.
