How to turn off online payments default when sending invoices? We do not use this option, was not originally showing in emails, but is now automatically selected.

Let me welcome you first to the Online Community, csnn942675.


With just a few easy clicks, you can turn off the online payments link when sending invoices. Let’s go to the Custom Form Styles page or the invoice to perform the process.

 

  1. At the top menu bar, go to the Gear icon to select Custom Form Styles.

  2. From the list, choose the invoice you’re working on and then hit the Edit link.

  3. Another page will open, navigate to the Payments tab and unmark the boxes for the account associated with the payment option.

  4. Click Done for the changes to take effect.


Aside from that, you can also turn off the link directly on the Invoice page. Before sending the transaction, make sure to uncheck the boxes for the credit card/bank account under Online payments.
