Hi there,
Invoicing your customers has never been simpler if you have QuickBooks Online. With the ability to email your customers a copy of their invoice directly from the system, you can feel confident and organized, knowing everything is getting done on time. I'll explain how to send the invoice to your customer in PDF format.
The invoice will arrive in your customer's email if you send it directly from your QBO account. If you'd rather attach the invoice as a PDF so your customer can open it separately, you'll have to export the invoice as a PDF first, save it to your computer, and then attach it to an email outside the system.
To export the invoice as a PDF, click Print or Preview at the bottom of the invoice screen, then save the PDF version to your computer with a familiar name you'll recognize. Then, attach it to an email using your external email provider (e.g. Outlook, Gmail, iCloud, etc.). At this time, you're unable to send the invoice as a PDF directly from QBO.
I hope this helps you get back on track.
If you have any other questions, please reach out to our tech support team.
Cheers.
First, convert your PDF file to XLS. There are some free converter tool in the market. Then import your invoice data in XLS to your QBO. If you are using QBO Pus, you may import them in bulk. Otherwise, consider using a 3rd party importer tool to do so.
