Hi there Jeff,
Ensuring that your invoices are properly prepared before sending them off to customers is important to practice. QuickBooks Online comes with a ton of handy features to make creating and sending your Invoices an easy and straightforward process, but I can see how some additional features would make our software even better. Let me explain.
There isn't a way to have your Invoices signed digitally within QuickBooks Online. In order to have an Invoice signed, you'll need to print and sign it manually, or save it as a PDF and add a signature in your PDF reader. To do this, simply hit Print or Preview at the bottom of the Invoice during creation and use either the Download option to download it as a PDF or Print option to print out a physical copy.
Since I can see how a digital signing option in-product would save you time and make running your business easier, I want to encourage you to submit Feedback on this through the Gear icon.
