QuickBooks Online doesn’t currently offer an option to hold invoices. Could you clarify if you’re asking about the processing time for a customer’s invoice payment made using QuickBooks Payments for the first time?
If so, please note that the first set of payments may take up to 5 business days to be deposited. This slightly longer timeframe is due to the process of setting up your account. Once your account setup is complete, future customer payments will be deposited much faster.
