The Android app no longer loads new invoices to receive payments, but online through the browser on both mobile and PC does.

It used to be instantaneous, now maybe after a couple of weeks it does. Very frustrating. I have tried clearing the cache and data, and pulling down the screen to reload the customer page. The amount owed is in the customer list however.

Welcome to the Community. It's important that you access the invoicing function to track your books. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

I encourage you follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue you've described. 

 

  1. Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
  2. Close and restart the app.
  3. Clear app data. To do this:
    1. Open your device Settings.
    2. select Apps (varies by device).
    3. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
    4. Select clear data.
  4. Power down and restart your device.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
