If you're still waiting for your verification code to come through, that can definitely put a dent in your workflow. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction for help with this.
The first thing you should do is confirm that your verification phone number is correct. You can check this by going to https://accounts.intuit.com/index.html. Simply enter your username and password, then check the verification number that's set up. You can change it if it's incorrect.
If your number is correct and relevant and you're still not receiving your verification code, I'd suggest reaching out to the designated Self-Employed team directly. These agents will have access to your account information and they'll be able to get this sorted out for you in no time.
