The last few invoices I sent from Quickbooks show as having been viewed MANY times. Is this a bug or something I should be concerned about?

The last few invoices I sent from Quickbooks show as having been viewed MANY times. Is this a bug or something I should be concerned about?

Hello, 

 

Sending invoices from QuickBooks Online is an awesome way to streamline your workflow. It saves you tons of time by helping you skip the middle step of exporting your invoice and sending it outside the QBO environment. The best part is that you're able to see when your customer has viewed their invoice. I'll explain further below. 

 

Once you send an invoice, you'll be able to see the status of the form in the Action column of the Sales page. Once viewed, the Action column will change the status to "Viewed". The system won't tell you how many times it's been viewed, only that it's been opened. 

 

This explains why your invoices are appearing as Viewed after you send them to customers from QBO. Don't worry, this is the expected result and isn't because of an issue with the program.
