When I press preview invoice it doesn’t show it’s blank page

To save your time, please use either of these shortcut keys:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, try opening and previewing your invoice again to see if the issue remains. If everything works correctly, clear your cache so the system can refresh. If the problem continues, please use a different supported browser.

 

On the other hand, if you are using the QuickBooks Mobile app (Android), we can clear your app data on your mobile device to reset the app to its default state.
