Why can't my client see the breakdown of her invoice?

It's important for your customers to be able to view your invoice so that they can understand the services you've provided for them. QuickBooks Self-Employed is a great tool that can help you create and send invoices from the same program. I can provide some assistance with sending invoices.
One cause that may be affecting why your customer isn't able to see the entirety of the invoice would be browsing data in the system. Temporary files such as cache and cookies can affect browsing in any online software such as QuickBooks Self-Employed. Here are some steps to use to resolve any issues regarding Browsing data:
Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
If the error still appears when sending an invoice to a client after trying these steps, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Self-Employed support team outside of the community. They'll be able to do further troubleshooting steps with you to get you back to sending invoices to your customers. You can reach out to them via chat by clicking on the Assistant feature, then typing Talk to human.
