WHY INVOICES ARE NOT DELIVERED

Hi jagdish-mahajan,

 

Sending invoices right from QuickBooks Online is a great way to keep all tasks in one place. It's so important that your invoices are sending without any issues. There's a few reasons why you may be having issues with sending invoices, and I'd be happy to help you get this resolved. 


First and foremost, check with your email provider to ensure there's no outages reported on their end. This would apply to the email address linked to your QBO account.

 

If there's no issues on their end, the next step is to confirm that you've entered a valid customer email.

 

If that's correct, try some browser troubleshooting to get things back on track. 

1. Clear cache and cookies.

2. Use an Incognito Window in Google Chrome.

3. Try a different browser.
