Why won't the bank feeds match? There are two invoices that are paid by one payment and it won't match.

Hi treenanippard-ou,

 

Welcome to Community.  QuickBooks Online provides the ability to match your transactions seamlessly, to ensure a smooth reconciliation process of your accounts.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

When you review your updated transactions, you might see the option to View.  This indicates that QuickBooks found more than one potential match.  In this case, you'll follow these steps to successfully match the associated transactions;

 

1. Open Banking from the left menu, then click on the tile for the account you want to review

2. Select the For review tab

3. Find the downloaded transaction and hit View in the Action column

4. Review the Matching records found

5. Select the link next to each match to get more details

6. Review the details, to ensure an accurate match
7. When you find the correct match, close the open transactions

8. Select the correct transaction and then hit Match.
