Hello there, @twarnock. Just wanted to let you know that there isn't a direct way to cancel a scheduled appointment with QuickBooks Live Support, so I suggest simply letting the agent know you'd like to cancel once they reach out to you at your scheduled time.
If it is just a general callback request and not a specific calendar session, you don't need to worry if you can't pick up, as they will usually just leave a voicemail and close the ticket for you. Of course, if you’d rather be proactive and clear it off your plate now, you can always head over to the Help icon, hit Contact Us, and type Cancel my callback request so the next agent who sees it knows you're all set.
