My past PST and GST payments have disappeared. How can i get them back?

Hi geometrydesign1,

 

Welcome to Community!  It's essential that you have a record of your sales tax payments in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be happy to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  Log into your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window to see if you get the same result.  In addition, I recommend trying other browsers and proceed by following these steps;

 

1. Open Taxes from the left menu and then Sales tax

2. Select the tile for the Sales Tax Agency

3. Open the Payments tab

4. Select the Filter and enter the Type

5. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select a Date range, or select Custom to choose the desired dates

6. Hit Apply
